Viewing Previous Versions of Content

How to view previous versions, as well as the currently saved version, of content for a paticular content area on a web page.

  1. Go into Edit mode.
    1. Select  Edit Content from the editable content actions menu.
    2. Expand the Version History section located at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the Preview  button beside the required version.

 

 

The Preview section above is now maximized. It displays the content for the selected version and the Published Status set for the version being previewed. In addition, the Item History section can be expanded to view additional details.
