Your RS Store Website has a built-in Coupon Creator that allows you to make your own custom coupons, quickly and easily.

First, if not already completed, create a new web page using the Coupons template under the Miscellaneous category. For information on how to create a new web page go to Adding a Webpage.

To add/remove/edit your store coupons, select "Coupons" from the Site Admin dropdown menu. Once selected, the following dialog box will be displayed on the screen.

• To change the order in which the coupons appear on your website, click on the "Up" or "Down" buttons next to the entry you want to move.
• To add a new coupon, click on the "Add Coupon" button.
• To edit an existing entry, click on the pencil icon next to that coupon.
• To delete an existing entry, click on the red "X" icon next to that coupon.
• Click on the "Close" button when your changes are complete.

ADDING/EDITING A COUPON

• In the Coupon Name field, enter the a name for the coupon (for internal use only).
• Enter a Start Date and End Date for the coupon to appear on your website (click in the field to bring up a calendar).
• In the Coupon Offer field, enter your discount (red text at the top of the coupon).
• In the Coupon Item field, enter what product or service the discount is for (black text below the offer).
• In the Body field, enter a description of what the offer includes or is good for (gray paragraph below the item).
• In the Footer field, enter your disclaimer text or coupon restrictions (small text at the bottom of the coupon).
• Click Save when entries are complete.
