RS Websites Knowledge Base

The account settings include your User Name, Email Address, First Name and Last Name. The User Name is defined as your login user name and it cannot be changed. The Email Address is where you will receive website account related email. To edit the account settings on your RS Store Website, select “My Account” from the Site Admin dropdown menu. Once selected, the following dialog box will be displayed on the screen.

• Enter the Email Address in the text box provided.
• Enter the First Name in the text box provided.
• Enter the Last Name in the text box provided.
• To change your password, click on the box next to "Change Password" (details below)
• Click on the “Save” button when entry is complete.

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD

In order to change your password you will need to provide your current password, as well as your new password and a confirmation of your new password. New password must be at least 7 characters long. To change your password, click on the box next to "Change Password". Once selected, the following dialog box will be displayed on the screen.

• Enter your Current Password in the text box provided.
• Enter your New Password in the text box provided.
• Confirm Password in the text box provided.
• Click the "Save" button when done.
